The villa is a single storey building, surrounded by a private garden, olive groves and rolling hills. The terrace is perfect for morning yoga with magnificent views or nightly stargazing.

INFINITY POOL
The breathtaking views of the serene Ionian Sea serve as the idilic backdrop for an evening aperitif, dinner or meditation. A sunny infinity pool accompanied with a shaded lounge next door. Pool beds and an outdoor shower are installed.
The private pool is salt water, as we wish to avoid chlorine.
KITCHEN
The open kitchen island ends with an easy going breakfast corner. Fundamental kitchen consumables are provided. (salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee beans & tea).
Fully equipped kitchen holds a large fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, integrated induction hob, extraction hood, semi- professional coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer / blender, juicer, panini grill.
DINING AREA
Indoor dining area with six comfortable leather chairs surrounding handmade oak table.
EXPANDED LIVING AREA
The villa features large sliding windows. It invites guests to linger, pause and appreciate the surroundings from the spacious modular lounge sofa.
The inside & outside has free high bandwidth Wi-Fi internet acces and integrated sound system.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION
Three private double bedrooms featuring built-in a wardrobe, a boxspring bed with the choice for ergonomic or regular cushions. Bedlinen are included. Windows are provided with electrical sunscreens. All bedrooms have adjustable air-conditioning and have acces to the terrace.
Two skylit bathrooms with each with marble sink, walk-in shower and toilet. Soap, shampoo, hairdryers are provided. A set of towels per guest, bathroom towel service once a week. Washing machine available.
