To confirm your reservation, a payment of 40% of the total rental price is required at time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 44 days before your scheduled arrival date.

For Bookings made within 44 days of the arrival date, the full payment is required at the time of reservation.

Free cancellation policy to 46 days prior to arrival.
If cancelled up to 45 days prior to arrival (after free cancellation period has expired), 40% of the total price cancellation fees apply.

If cancelled in less than 45 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total price cancellation fees apply.

This property may not be ideal for families with young children due to certain design and safety considerations. For instance, the property includes steep balconies and an infinity pool, both without childproof barriers and other features, such as sharp edges of the kitchen island. Yes, all necessary bed linen and indoor towels are provided for your stay. However, we kindly ask that guests do not remove these items from the property. Guests should provide separate beach towels for own use.
